One counter for most of what breaks
The Jewels of Chicago is a small, family-owned shop in the Chicago Landmark Diamond Center at 54 E Madison Street, in the middle of Jewelers Row. We have been here since 2010.
Most of what comes through the door is a phone, a watch or a piece of jewelry that has stopped doing what it should: a cracked screen, a dead battery, a ring that no longer fits, a clasp that lets go, a pair of glasses with a snapped hinge. It is all the same bench, and often the same visit.
Bring the piece in and we will look at it with you and say what it needs before any work starts. If it is not worth repairing, we will tell you that too.
